Creator Agreement

1. Relationship and Eligibility

Creators are independent users of the Platform, not employees, partners, or agents of COREXTV. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment or agency relationship.

You must meet the eligibility requirements of the Terms of Service and hold an account in good standing.

2. Creator Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your channel, your stream key and broadcast credentials, your moderators, and everything broadcast or published through your channel — including content from guests and co-hosts.

Keep your stream key confidential. If it is exposed, regenerate it immediately from your creator dashboard.

3. Streaming Requirements

You may stream using supported methods (such as OBS/RTMP or in-browser mobile broadcasting). Broadcasts must comply with the Community Guidelines and applicable law.

Stream titles, categories, games, and tags must accurately describe your content. Miscategorizing content to game discovery surfaces is a violation.

4. Creator Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your streams, VODs, clips captured from your broadcasts, thumbnails, profile images, and channel branding. COREXTV claims no ownership of your content.

5. License Granted to COREXTV

To operate the Platform, you grant COREXTV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, record, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, and create technical copies of your content — including live delivery to viewers, VOD recording and playback, viewer-created clips from your broadcasts, thumbnails, and use of your channel name and branding in discovery, search, and promotional surfaces of the Platform.

This license ends for a piece of content when you delete it, except for residual copies in backup or provider storage, which are removed as our infrastructure permits, and for clips or shares created by other users before deletion, which you may remove using channel tools.

6. VODs

Broadcasts may be recorded automatically to create VOD replays. You control VOD visibility and may delete VODs from your dashboard at any time.

Recordings are a convenience feature; the Platform does not guarantee that any broadcast will be recorded or retained.

7. Clips

Viewers may create short clips from your live broadcasts and VODs. Clips are attributed to your channel.

You may delete any clip captured from your broadcasts. By streaming, you accept that clipping is a core Platform feature.

8. Thumbnails, Images, and Creator Branding

You are responsible for the rights to the images you upload (avatars, banners, thumbnails, offline screens) and for your channel name and branding.

Thumbnails and images captured at the time of a broadcast remain associated with that broadcast’s historical record even if you later change your defaults.

9. Chat Moderation

You are the first line of moderation on your channel. The Platform provides message deletion, timeouts, bans, and moderator roles; use them to keep your community within the Community Guidelines.

Persistent failure to moderate a channel that repeatedly hosts prohibited content may itself result in enforcement.

10. Copyright and DMCA Responsibility

Stream only content you own or are licensed to use — including music, video, imagery, and other creators’ broadcasts. Game publishers’ streaming policies apply to gameplay content.

Valid DMCA notices against your content will be processed under the Copyright & DMCA Policy (/legal/dmca), and repeated infringement leads to account termination.

11. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The Community Guidelines apply in full to creators. In addition, creators may not mislead viewers about monetization, run fraudulent giveaways or fundraisers, or sell channel access or platform privileges.

12. Subscriptions, Tips, and Revenue

Viewers may purchase monthly channel subscriptions (currently $4.99 per month) and send one-time tips (currently between $1 and $500), processed by Stripe.

Creator earnings are paid under the Platform’s current creator payment terms. The current default creator revenue share is 90% of subscription and tip revenue, configurable by the Platform; the applicable rate and any payout mechanics are those published in the creator dashboard and payment terms in effect at the time of the transaction.

You are responsible for your own taxes and for any reporting obligations arising from your earnings.

Chargebacks, refunds, or reversed transactions may be deducted from your earnings balance.

13. Creator Conduct

Creators represent the communities they build. Abusing Platform staff, weaponizing your community against others, or engaging in off-platform conduct that creates a serious safety risk to Platform users may result in enforcement.

14. Termination

You may stop streaming and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate creator privileges for violations of this Agreement, the Terms, or the Community Guidelines.

Earned, undisputed balances accrued before termination are handled under the Platform’s payment terms; balances tied to fraud or policy violations may be withheld.
