Refund Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on COREXTV — channel subscriptions and tips. All payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

On this page

1. General

Purchases on COREXTV are digital, are delivered immediately, and support individual creators. As a general rule, completed payments are final except as described below or as required by law.

Where a specific refund window or additional term applies, it is shown at checkout or in the Platform’s payment terms in effect at the time of the transaction.

2. Subscriptions

Channel subscriptions are recurring monthly purchases. You can cancel a subscription at any time using the management link in your Stripe receipt or by contacting support@corextv.com; cancellation stops future renewals.

Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current billing period — your subscription benefits remain active until the period ends. Refunds for the current period may be granted case-by-case where the subscription was purchased in error and benefits were not meaningfully used.

3. Tips

Tips are voluntary, one-time payments to creators and are generally final once completed, because funds are attributed to the creator at the time of the transaction.

Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, clear accidental amounts reported promptly, or unauthorized transactions, as described below.

4. Accidental Purchases

If you made a purchase by accident, contact support@corextv.com promptly with your account email and the receipt details. Requests made quickly and in good faith are reviewed favorably where funds can still be reversed.

5. Duplicate Charges

If a technical error charged you more than once for the same purchase, the duplicate will be refunded. Contact support@corextv.com with both charge references.

6. Failed or Cancelled Payments

Payments that fail or are cancelled before completion are not charges. If your statement shows a pending amount for a failed payment, it is a temporary authorization held by your bank and will release automatically.

7. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact support@corextv.com immediately and also report it to your card issuer. We investigate unauthorized-transaction reports and refund verified cases.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@corextv.com from the address on your account, including the purchase date, amount, the channel involved, and your Stripe receipt if available. We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable time.

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster directly.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of the associated account while the dispute is reviewed, and disputed amounts may be recovered from creator earnings where the payment funded a creator balance.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our payment features evolve. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the Platform.
